A couple rushed in to the state guest house deceiving security systems and other checkpoints. The lady dressed in a red sari was with her escort. They ran past the camera men and other media reporters who were standing for the coverage of red-carpet guests’ arrival at the first state dinner given by the President.

The couple turned out to be a prospective desperate housewife type of show “the real house wives of Washington”. They were Michael Salahi and her husband Tareq. But the couple was not registered in the guest list. They are known to be the Virginians who are promoting wine and polo in Washington. They were neither invited to the dinner nor any seating arrangement for them. No body could understand what degree of relations the Salahi couple had with the President Obama or Manmohan Singh.

Their unchecked intrusion became the point of concern for the secret service agencies as it proved the loop holes in the security procedures which showed security lapse at this sensitive and high security zone.

The interesting thing about the incident is that they passed through all security check points but no body spotted them. The security officials are reluctant to give the details what security measures they adopted and what not but they told that they are making an investigation of the matter.

Danovan, a security official, said “. “The bottom line is that they should not have gotten in,” The incident has no precedent to quote. Now Salahi Couple has cashed their pictures by getting it pasted on their Facebook page with pompous title. The web page was full of comments from their friends and others “honoring” Salahi couple.
