The son of late ’80s child star Dana Plato has taken his own life in a tragic repeat of history almost 11 years to the day of the death of his mother, The National Enquirer has learned. Tyler Lambert, who had a history of substance abuse and depression, died last Friday after embarking on a drug binge before putting a shotgun in his mouth and pulling the trigger in his Tulsa, Oklahoma home.
